This website (the "Site") is operated by Eindhoven Play Hall (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), a physical entertainment and gaming venue located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

The Site is an informational website only. It provides details about our venue, gaming halls, slot machine areas, table games, opening hours, location, and how to contact us. No real-money gambling, wagering, or financial transactions take place on this website. All gaming activities are conducted exclusively on our licensed physical premises in accordance with applicable Dutch law.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please leave the Site immediately.

Section 02

Under Dutch law (Wet op de kansspelen) and our operating licence, entry to our gaming premises is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Valid government-issued photo identification (passport, national ID card, or driving licence) must be presented upon entry and may be requested at any time while on the premises.

Use of this Site is also intended for adults. By continuing to browse the Site, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse entry to our venue or restrict access to the Site to any person who cannot verify their age or eligibility.

Section 03

Responsible Gaming

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable individuals. Gambling is entertainment; it should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Need support?

If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, contact Agog (Dutch addiction treatment network) at www.agog.nl or the anonymous helpline 0800 – 0 900 3 (free of charge in the Netherlands).

Our responsible gaming measures include:

  • Mandatory age verification at entry;
  • The right for guests to voluntarily self-exclude from the venue (contact our Floor Manager for details);
  • Staff trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to refer guests to support services;
  • Compliance with the Dutch national CRUKS self-exclusion register;
  • Clear display of responsible gaming information throughout the venue.

We do not extend credit for gambling purposes. Guests are encouraged to set personal budgets and time limits before visiting.
